Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Data Administrator located in Hyderabad. The Data Administrator will be responsible for the organization, storage, and management of data within the company. Daily tasks will include maintaining and organizing databases, ensuring data integrity and security, troubleshooting database-related issues, and working collaboratively with other teams to meet data management needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the centralized booking master sheet.
- Ensure daily updates of performance dashboards.
- Verify district-level data entries and track KPIs for each zone.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for the Operations Head and MD.
- Ensure 100% data accuracy with no duplication or errors.
- Manage Google Drive folders, access rights, and overall digital documentation.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to reconcile booking and payment data.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in data management, MIS, dashboards, or admin roles
- Proficiency in Data Administration and Database Administration
- Strong skills in Data Management
- Excellent Analytical Skills & Communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders and teams
- Attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
- Experience with database management systems Power BI is a plus
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
