Description:
Responsibilities:
- Timely data entry of both written and digital files.
- Manage a set of customers and provide feedback on accuracy of data.
- General report processing.
- Answer phones and greet visitors
- Organize mail and packages that need shipped out
- Assist with cleaning of the office as needed
- Assist in organizing and ordering office supplies
- Excellent communications via phone and email.
- Strong organizational and follow up skills.
- Customer service mind set.
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- Computer skills that include Excel, Outlook Mail and efficient use of the internet is a must.
- Possess a willingness to learn new techniques and processes.
- Work well under pressure.
- Represent AMVC in a professional manner at all times.
