Job Summary
The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for entering and managing data in various systems. This role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong typing skills and familiarity with bank office operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Enter and update data in the database accurately and efficiently.
- Perform file uploading and management tasks as required.
- Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
- Assist in generating reports and maintaining records.
- Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes.
Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management is a plus.
- 0-2 years of experience in data entry or related field.
- Proficient in typing with a minimum speed of 40 words per minute.
- Familiarity with bank office operations and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
