We are seeking a detail-oriented and fast Data Entry Operator to input, update, and maintain accurate data in our systems and databases. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting and entering data in an efficient and accurate manner, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter data into internal databases and systems accurately and efficiently
• Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct any incompatibilities
• Maintain and update database systems and ensure proper backup procedures
• Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities
• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform regular backups
• Follow data confidentiality and security policies
• Communicate with internal departments to obtain necessary information
• Perform general administrative tasks as needed

Required Skills:

• Fast typing speed (minimum 30–40 WPM preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word)
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Basic understanding of office equipment (printer, scanner, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in data entry or administrative work is an advantage
• Familiarity with data management software or CRM systems is a plus
• Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
