Job description:
The Greville Arms Hotel are now recruiting for a Part time Day Porter to join our team.
The ideal candidates will have the following:
- Experience in the hospitality industry desirable but not essential
- Positive attitude
- Excellent presentation & communication skills
- Good organisational skills
- Be able to cope well under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills
Responsibilities & Duties
- Achieve positive outcomes from Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Communicate with Reception at all times and assist Guests with luggage and other requests, as necessary
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all time
- Act in accordance with all security and emergency procedures and manage the instigation of these, as required
- Demonstrate current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and policies, as well as knowledge of the local area
- Set Conference Rooms and Functions rooms accordingly
- Perform Daily Cleaning tasks as set out
- Assist other departments, as necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €13.50 per hour
