Deli Assistant – Joyces Service Station
Location: Athenry, Dublin road
Job Type: full time
Pay: €14.15
Shifts: Morning / Weekend availability
Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and friendly Deli Assistant to join our team at our busy service station. This role involves food preparation, customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe deli environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving deli food (sandwiches, hot food, bakery items, etc.)
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service
- Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
- Restocking deli items and monitoring stock levels
- Cleaning work areas, equipment, and display cabinets

- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
- Willingness to learn and follow food safety procedures
- Previous deli or food-handling experience is an advantage
