Duties

• Safely operate various types of delivery vehicles, including box trucks and other commercial vehicles with manual transmissions.
• Load, secure, and unload goods using equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks when necessary.
• Plan efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and ensure on-time arrivals.
• Deliver packages accurately to customers’ locations while providing friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist with warehouse tasks such as moving inventory, heavy lifting, and organizing stock for smooth dispatch.
• Verify delivery contents against orders, complete necessary documentation, and obtain signatures upon delivery.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine safety checks to ensure optimal operation.

Skills

• Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, with a strong understanding of route driving and navigation tools.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Prior warehouse experience including loading/unloading, moving heavy items, and operating equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving box trucks or similar commercial vehicles preferred.
• Ability to handle physical tasks such as heavy lifting and moving items safely and efficiently.
• Knowledge of manual transmission vehicles and familiarity with load securing techniques.

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
