Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires a strong focus on customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to handle heavy lifting and manual tasks associated with loading and unloading deliveries.

Duties

• Operate box trucks or vans to deliver products to designated locations.
• Load and unload goods using a pallet jack or manual lifting techniques.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed in a timely manner while adhering to safety regulations.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation as required.
• Communicate effectively with office and customers regarding delivery status and any issues that may arise.
• Assist with moving items as necessary, ensuring proper handling techniques are used for heavy lifting.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Experience in delivery driving or moving services is a plus.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds).
• Familiarity with local routes and navigation systems.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
