About the Role:

Consolidated Electrical Distributors (CED) is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering electrical materials to customers in a timely and professional manner while representing our company on the road. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, customer-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company delivery vehicles to transport materials to customer locations
• Load and unload materials, ensuring accuracy and care in handling products
• Verify delivery orders and obtain necessary signatures or documentation
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
• Assist in the warehouse with picking, packing, and organizing orders when needed
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of delivery vehicles

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to lift and carry materials (up to 50 lbs or more)
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience (Not Required):

• Previous delivery driving experience
• Warehouse or distribution experience
• Familiarity with the local area
