Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to handle heavy lifting. Duties

• Safely operate a box truck or other delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations.
• Load and unload products efficiently, ensuring all items are secure during transit.
• Follow established routes and schedules while adhering to traffic regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing any concerns.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Assist with warehouse tasks as needed, including inventory management and organization.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
• Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and equipment
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving of packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Experience with route driving and knowledge of local roadways is advantageous.
• Proficient in operating automated transmission vehicles is a plus.
• Excellent driving record with a valid driver's license.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
