How You’ll Make an Impact

Delivery Flow & Squad Health

Own day-to-day delivery flow and ensure work moves smoothly from backlog to done
Maintain a clean, visible, and reliable delivery board
Keep squad cadence predictable and execution-focused

Backlog & Planning Readiness

Partner with Product Owner and Tech Lead to maintain a clear, prioritised, ready backlog
Ensure planning is grounded in real capacity, not wishful thinking
Keep upcoming work always “ready to go”

Blockers & Escalation

Identify and remove blockers fast before they slow the squad down
Coordinate across teams to resolve issues
Escalate when needed—nothing sits in limbo

Delivery Tracking & Visibility

Track throughput, cycle time, and delivery health
Turn delivery data into clear insights and forecasts
Make progress visible and honest

Ceremonies & Team Rhythm

Run effective squad ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, retros, reviews)
Keep meetings focused, useful, and outcome-driven

Continuous Improvement

Improve delivery flow, team efficiency, and ways of working
Ensure retrospective actions actually get done (not just written down and forgotten)

Cross-Team Alignment

Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Design
Surface risks early and keep everyone aligned on priorities and dependencies

Skills and Experiences:
Who We’re Hoping to Find

Experience in agile delivery, engineering coordination, or similar roles
Strong understanding of delivery flow, agile practices, and team operations
Comfortable working with delivery metrics (cycle time, throughput, sprint health)
Strong communicator who keeps people aligned without adding noise
Highly organised, calm under pressure, and good at handling competing priorities
Experience working in fast-moving tech environments

Extra Points if You Have

Experience in fintech, SaaS, trading, or complex digital platforms
Familiarity with Jira, ClickUp, or similar tools
Understanding of engineering workflows and technical delivery environments
