currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Delivery Technician to join our team and help

Position Overview:

As a Delivery Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient

delivery of our products and services to our valued customers. Reporting to the Plant

Manager, you will be responsible for a range of duties that include loading and more.

We are looking for a candidate who embodies professionalism, responsibility, and has a

commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

● Safe Driving: Maintain safe, courteous and responsible driving practices at all

times while representing AWS. Your driving should reflect our commitment to

safety and professionalism.

● Customer Interaction: Interact with customers in a polite and pleasant manner

during all delivery and service duties. Strive to leave a positive impression on our

customers, ensuring they speak highly of our delivery technicians.

● Vehicle Operations: Safely operate box trucks and flatbed delivery trucks,

adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.

● Scheduling: Ensure punctual scheduling of delivery and service calls, optimizing

routes for efficiency.

● Equipment Setup: Set up equipment at customer’s plants as required,

demonstrating a high level of technical competence.

● Equipment Installation: Install AWS equipment when necessary, following

installation guidelines and procedures.

● Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on equipment, ensuring it

remains in excellent working condition.

● Communication: Practice good interpersonal communication skills when dealing

with customers, colleagues, and superiors.

● Professional Appearance: Maintain a clean, neat personal appearance, reflecting

AWS’s commitment to professionalism.

● Technical Skills: Operate RO membrane cleaning and Deionizer Regeneration

plant machinery, with a willingness to learn additional service skills through

training.

● Flexibility: Be flexible with work schedules and perform other duties as needed to

support the team and meet customer requirements.

Qualifications:

● High school diploma or equivalent.

● Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

● Valid medical card for flatbed truck operation.

● Previous experience in delivery and service roles is preferred.

● Mechanical aptitude and technical skills.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment.

● Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.

● Commitment to safety and responsible driving.

Pay: From $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
