You will work closely with colleagues across buying, sales, and retail, creating clarity through data and contributing to better decisions across the business.

TOGETHER, WE ARE THE BEST
You will join VILA’s NOOS (Never Out Of Stock) team, a dedicated and collaborative team of professionals working across international markets. Our culture is characterised by openness, mutual respect, and a strong sense of shared responsibility for the success of our business. We believe in working closely together to find smart solutions and deliver results that make a difference.

YOUR JOB
In this role, your primary focus is to plan, forecast and purchase across your categories, ensuring the right stock at the right time. You manage demand forecasts at SKU level and drive timely, accurate decisions that support business performance. You contribute to the commercial strategy, product portfolio and price mix, while working closely with colleagues across buying, sales and retail to ensure alignment. You turn data into clear actions and act as a trusted partner to your planning colleagues.

Your daily tasks include:

  • Maintaining optimal stock levels and balanced replenishment based on demand
  • Adapting forecasts to market dynamics and initiating corrective actions

  • Reviewing inbound orders and balancing purchases across the supply chain
  • Ensuring clear and up-to-date Product Lifecycle reporting for stakeholders

YOUR BENEFITS

  • At VILA, we are ambitious together, with a winning mentality, where the sky is the limit, and everyone is eager to help each other succeed.
  • You will join an international environment that prioritizes creating a supportive and welcoming community for everyone, and you will experience a united, fun, and vibrant atmosphere where everyone is part of our Family of Fighters.
  • Our family-oriented culture fosters a sense of belonging, meaningful connections, and strong relationships.
  • Flexible work hours and the opportunity to work remotely are integral parts of our culture because we value work-life balance and encourage employees to prioritize their personal lives while maintaining a strong work ethic.

YOUR PROFILE
You have a structured and analytical approach to your work and enjoy using data to create clarity and direction. You take ownership of your area and are motivated by making an impact, while working proactively to stay ahead and drive your tasks forward. You are detail-oriented and ensure tasks are followed through and goals are achieved. At the same time, you build strong relationships and contribute as a team player, knowing that the best results are created together.

To succeed in this role, we imagine you having:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience within planning and forecasting in a similar role
  • A degree in business or economics, preferably with a focus on Finance, International Business, or Supply Chain Management
  • Skills in Microsoft Excel and user experience in Power BI
