Do you love digging into data – and turning it into action? How about owning your own product categories and ensuring the right stock levels to drive performance and deliver the best results?
If you're excited by challenges and motivated by making results, the Never Out of Stock (NOOS) team at NAME IT might be a great match.
WHERE PLANNING DRIVES PERFORMANCE
Join NAME IT’s Never Out of Stock (NOOS) team – a group of 15 driven and passionate colleagues who sit right at the centre of our business. Our demand planners in the team ensure that our bestselling styles are in the right place at the right time – balancing availability, stock levels, and performance.
We’re ambitious and result-oriented, but we also value having fun and supporting each other. You’ll join a collaborative, social team, that’s always up for a challenge.
YOUR ROLE
As our next Demand Planner, you’ll take full ownership of your own product categories. You’ll play a key role in ensuring high availability and healthy stock levels by managing forecasts and inventories at SKU level.
You’ll work within well-established processes – with the freedom to challenge and optimise them to improve performance.
More specifically, your tasks include:
- Analysing sales and stock data to improve forecast accuracy and support day-to-day planning decisions.
- Managing forecasts and inventory at SKU level to ensure high availability and balanced stock.
- Coordinating with procurement on purchase orders, supplier capacity and raw material booking to maintain an agile supply chain.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders, such as Sales and Buying, to align forecasts and ensure the right stock levels.
- Contributing to the planning of new collections by analysing historical data and estimating demand.
- Performing ad hoc analyses and developing process optimisation tools to improve efficiency across planning.
OUR PROMISE
- You will have full ownership of your categories, offering you both responsibility and autonomy – supported by experienced colleagues who act as your sounding board when needed.
- If you thrive on challenges and are driven to improve and optimise, you’ll enjoy being part of our NOOS department.
- Your personal and professional development matters to us – because we believe that taking care of our people is key to our growth.
YOUR PROFILE
You are analytical and detail-oriented, with a structured approach to your work. You enjoy working with data and use it to guide decisions, identify patterns, and solve problems.
You take ownership of your responsibilities and feel comfortable working independently, while also knowing when to collaborate and seek input. Clear communication and a pragmatic mindset help you build strong relationships across teams.
You are motivated by improving processes and seeing tangible results, and you bring a proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A degree in business or economics, preferably within International Business or Supply Chain Management
- Recent graduate or a few years of relevant experience in supply planning, inventory planning, or supply chain analysis
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
WE LOOK FORWARD TO HEARING FROM YOU
