Job Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Demolition Estimator and Business Development professional, located in Miami, FL. The Demolition Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for demolition projects, reviewing project plans and specifications, and managing bids and proposals. Additionally, the role involves identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to expand the company's market presence. The individual will also collaborate closely with various teams to ensure project goals and client expectations are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing cost estimates and managing bids and proposals for demolition projects
• Knowledge of project plans, specifications, and engineering principles related to demolition
• Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in using estimating software and other relevant tools
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively as part of a team
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business, or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $76,311.44 - $90,815.93 per year
