Qualifications for the position include:

· A minimum of 2 years of experience in assisting

· Comfort and proficiency in discussing financial matters, developing treatment plans

· A commitment to creating a superior dental experience for our patients

· The ability to articulate the value of dentistry

· Assisting in Dental Procedures

· - Assist the dentist during dental procedures - Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment - Take dental x-rays - Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care - Perform basic dental laboratory procedures - Maintain accurate and detailed patient records - Schedule and confirm patient appointments - Manage inventory and order dental supplies

· - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Compassionate and empathetic towards patients' needs - Team player with the ability to collaborate with the dental team

· Impeccable phone and interpersonal communication skills

· Located in Wesley Chapel, our private dental office offers a competitive base pay, enticing bonus incentives, and a range of benefits. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $26.00 per hour.
