Join the Monarch Dentistry Team!

We are looking for exceptional team members to join our Brantford location! The ideal candidates for our clinic are enthusiastic multi-taskers who value teamwork and strive to provide outstanding care to our valued patients.

Responsibilities:

• Support dental care delivery by preparing treatment rooms, patients, instruments, and materials.
• Assist dentists during procedures by passing instruments and materials.
• Disinfect operatories and sterilize instruments.
• Update and maintain patient dental records.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Provide support to dentists and staff as needed, including backup for reception duties when required.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Previous dental assisting experience preferred.
• Successful completion of a Dental Assisting Certificate is preferred.
• Level 2 and HARP certification required.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends based on business needs.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt and respond to diverse patient needs.
• Experience with dental practice management software (such as Dentrix) is considered an asset.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
