Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Assistant to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while assisting day to day treatment with the Dentist .
Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out procedures.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using dental software such as Dentrix or Epic.
- Maintain accurate patient records in electronic medical records systems.
- Proficiency in Assisting with All type of dental procedures
- Sterilization of instruments following the IPAC guidelines .
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized operatory
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow and care.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
Experience
- Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with Assisting all dental procedures.
- Sterilization protocol according to IPAC guidelines
- Experience with electronic medical records systems, particularly Abeldent , is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
