We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated Dental Nurse to join our growing team.
Role Overview
As a Dental Nurse, you will play a key role in supporting the dentist during clinical procedures, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining the highest standards of infection prevention and cross-contamination control.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide chairside assistance during a wide range of dental treatments
- Prepare and sterilise instruments
- Maintain high standards of infection control and decontamination
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms
- Ensure accurate completion of patient records to include patient charting
- Provide excellent patient care and reassurance
Essential Requirements
- Recognised Dental Nursing qualification (Diploma in Dental Nursing or equivalent)
- Knowledge of infection prevention and control standards in Ireland
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From €17.50 per hour
Education:
- Advanced/Higher Certificate (preferred)
Work Location: In person
