Job Summary:
Looking for an experienced office manager for a growing dental practice. Our private practice office primarily sees patients with PPO insurances. We are looking for someone who is hard working, very organized, and a good multitasker. Candidate should be have great interpersonal skills both on the phone and in-person, be very professional, and focus on providing an ideal patient experience. Candidate should have prior successful experience with references working in a dental setting, know how to use dental software, and have knowledge of dental coding. Candidate should be a team player, looking to grow and learn on the job, open to changes implemented in the office, and be very communicative with the dentist. Looking for candidate to be a long-term integral part of the office.
Job Responsibilities:
-Verifying insurance eligibilities
-Submitting claims to insurance and following up with insurance claims that have been denied
-Calculating and notifying patients of their copayments prior to appointments
-Collecting patient copayments on the day of treatment and clearing prior balances
-Answering the phone and calling patients back who have left voicemails
-Checking patients in/out and scheduling appointments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
