This role partners closely with Revenue Management, Front Office, Reservations, and Property Leadership to analyze trends, optimize inventory strategy, and ensure all available rooms are effectively utilized.

This position plays a critical role in hotel and resort inventory management, supporting both short‑ and long‑term forecasting while balancing owner, rental, and marketing allocations across a diverse portfolio.

  • Continuously refresh and adjust inventory allocations across owner, rental, marketing, and promotional segments.
  • Analyze booking pace, cancellations, demand trends, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Lead weekly forecast and inventory strategy calls with property leadership and revenue management teams.
  • Provide weekly occupancy and revenue reporting and insights to senior leadership.
  • Support escalated guest and owner reservation issues in partnership with call center supervisors and operations teams.
  • Create and maintain ad‑hoc Excel reports, dashboards, and analyses to support inventory and cross‑departmental decision‑making.
  • Collaborate closely with Front Office and Operations teams to manage occupancy projections, over‑booking risk, and operational impacts.
  • Partner with internal departments to ensure 100% utilization of available inventory and prevent unused room nights.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned in support of inventory optimization and revenue goals.

  • Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data‑driven decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
