We are looking for an Inventory Manager to oversee our stock control using Zoho Inventory. You will ensure physical stock levels perfectly match our digital records, manage purchase orders, and handle multi-channel sales syncing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate stock levels, item groups, and variants in Zoho Inventory.
- Log daily stock movements, item adjustments, and warehouse transfers.
- Monitor automatic reorder points and create Purchase Orders (POs) for suppliers.
- Troubleshoot syncing issues between Zoho and online sales channels (Shopify, Amazon, etc.).
- Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile any differences in the system.
Required Qualifications:
- Must-Have: At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience using Zoho Inventory or the Zoho Finance Suite.
- Strong understanding of inventory concepts (FIFO/LIFO, batch tracking, safety stock).
- High attention to detail and comfortable working with basic data analytics.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
