Your Impact as a Leader (Responsibilities):

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire our clinical and administrative team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Champion an exceptional patient experience, from the first call to the completion of treatment.
  • Drive practice growth by managing budgets, tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Oversee all aspects of patient scheduling, treatment coordination, and financial arrangements.
  • Serve as the key communication link between our patients and dental professionals.
  • Proactively manage conflict resolution and foster a cohesive, high-performing team.

What You'll Bring to the Team (Qualifications):

  • Required: 5+ years of experience in a dental administration role.
  • Required: A minimum of 5 years of proven leadership and management experience within a dental office.
  • Crucially, this experience must be from a dental practice within North America.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing practice budgets and KPIs.
  • A talent for organization, time management, and creative problem-solving.
  • Bonus Points for: Proficiency with TRACKER Dental Software and extensive experience in Treatment Coordination.
