Dream Smiles Dental is currently seeking a dental receptionist to join our friendly team. We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic person to join us.
We value our staff and recognize their importance to an efficiently working practice and dental team. We are passionate about helping our patients and creating a safe and great experience upon their visit.
The job will involve:
- Reception duties on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday ( weekends off )
Our ideal candidate:
- Highly professional, with good personal presentation,
- Must be able to communicate effectively - both written and oral – with patients and other team member
- Must have good phone skills
- Well Organized with the ability to use computer effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic,
- Brings a can-do attitude to the practice
Mandarin speaking an advantage for Mandarin speaking patients
Must be diligent in the work, must be kind and empathetic.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.96 – $37.13 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
Work Location: In person
