Dental Receptionist – Full Time

We’re a busy and well-established dental practice on Queen Street West looking for a Full-Time Dental Receptionist who is warm, organized, and customer-focused. If you enjoy helping patients, working in a collaborative environment, and being part of a team that works hard and has fun, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting and dismissing patients
- Managing phone, email, and text communication
- Productive scheduling and appointment coordination
- Recall and patient follow-up management
- Supporting the administrative needs of the office
- Working full-time hours, including a couple of evenings
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of dental office experience (Abeldent experience is an asset)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Friendly, reliable, and eager to learn
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
