Join Our Dental Team!
We are a friendly, team-oriented dental office seeking a full-time Dental Receptionist to support our front desk operations. If you are passionate about patient care and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Schedule
- Monday: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM
- Thursday: 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Occasional Saturdays (as needed)
Role Overview
- Welcome and check in patients in a warm, professional manner
- Manage phone calls and schedule appointments
- Verify insurance details
- Process payments and maintain accurate patient records
- Coordinate daily schedules with the clinical team to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with treatment planning
- Handle insurance claims, billing, and financial arrangements
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist in a dental office
- Strong administrative, communication, and multitasking skills
- Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Experience with dental software (e.g., Tracker) is an asset
