Experience:
- dental receptionist (Preferred)
- aviation/ hospitality (Preferred)
- administrative assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
Job Duties:
- Greeting and welcoming visitors
- Assisting patients with queries.
- Be organised, efficient and excellent attention to detail.
- Scheduling appointments
- Managing correspondence
- Carrying out requests from management as needed
- Answering phone calls and emails
- Adhering to GDPR guidelines.
- Computer skills (word, excel). We work with the Exact software package.
Financial Duties:
- Submitting insurance claims and PRSI
- Processing payments
- Billing
- Purchasing office supplies
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €25,000.00-€37,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
