Experienced Dental Receptionist: NOVO Dental Centre is growing and on the lookout for a new team member.
NOVO Dental Centre is a beautiful, modern, privately owned family practice, with a well-established patient base. Personalized patient care is our number one priority.
As our dental receptionist, you'll be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, processing insurance claims and predeterminations. Also, ensuring that our practice runs smoothly. We're looking for a candidate who has exceptional communication and organizational skills, as well being friendly with a positive, welcoming personality!
Desired Skills:
- Minimum of 1 year dental reception experience
- Excellent customer service
- Able to multi-task & prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and great organizational skills
- Collaborate with the entire dental team to ensure smooth patient flow and overall office efficiency
- Tracker experience an asset but not required
- Knowledge of dental terminology, dental codes and dental procedures

Job Type & Hours:
- Permanent Full-Time
- 8:00 -5: 00 & Wednesday evenings 10:30-7:30
- 1 hour lunch breaks
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
