About Us:
We are a friendly, patient-focused dental office committed to providing exceptional care in a welcoming environment. We are currently seeking a Dental Receptionist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong dental administrative experience and a passion for excellent patient service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients in a warm and professional manner
- Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Manage patient records and insurance claims
- Process payments and coordinate billing
- Support the clinical team with daily administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in dental administration is required
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Paradigm software is an asset
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
Schedule:
- Part-time to start (specific days/hours to be discussed)
- Opportunity to grow into a full-time role
