We are a patient-focused, modern dental practice looking for a warm, organized, and dependable Dental Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our clinic. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy making people feel comfortable and cared for, we’d love to meet you!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients with professionalism and a smile
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer phones and respond to inquiries via email and voicemail
- Verify insurance information and process billing
- Maintain patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance
- Coordinate with clinical staff to optimize the patient experience
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental)
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Friendly, positive attitude and team-oriented
