We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. Responsibilities include managing appointments, handling phone calls, processing payments, and maintaining patient records. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients with a positive attitude
- Schedule and manage patient appointments
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Process payments and handle billing
There is Opportunity to progress into a Dental Nurse role for the right candidate
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €14.50-€15.50 per hour
