Fiacla Dental Clinic is modern, purpose-built dental clinic, in a newly renovated location in Churchtown, Dublin 14. Our clinic is spacious, light and airy, and fully-digital to provide high quality dental care in a soothing, relaxed environment. At Fiacla Dental Clinic, our aim is to provide dentistry in a calm atmosphere, built on a foundation of trust and care.
We are looking for one part-time superstar receptionist to join the team to help us provide top class care to our patients, 3.5 days per week.
What type of person are we looking for?
Experience as a receptionist is essential
Experience in the dental/medical field is strongly preferred
Previous customer service/hospitality/retail experience is a big benefit
Enthusiastic and eager to learn
Shows initiative, is adaptable and organised
Strong attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Warm, friendly, welcoming and great customer service skills
Excellent written skills, grammar, English fluency and telephone manner
Computer and admin skills
Uniform provided
What will you be in charge of?
Your duties would include:
- Providing excellent patient care
- Managing all front of house/reception tasks
- Updating patient records
- Greeting all visitors/patients
- Managing communications with patients and suppliers via phone and email
- Handling appointment bookings
- Liaising with our dentists, hygienist and dental nurses
- Stock management
- General reception and admin duties
