WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are currently seeking a friendly, professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team on a full time basis in our Cambridge office.
Hours are Monday to Saturdays.
EXPERIENCE:
- Experience with TRACKER is an asset but will train the right candidate.
- Knowledge of dental terminology a must
- Punctual, reliable, and well-organized
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Answer incoming calls and manage appointment bookings
- Maintain front office cleanliness and organization
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, and email correspondence
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- processing dental claims and collecting payments
- obtaining insurance breakdowns
- Customer service for patient arrival and departure; ensuring a lasting positive experience
