Rare opportunity with a well established, technology driven, fun family dental practice. Infinity Dental Partners is searching for a full time experienced, warm, kind, dedicated and fun Dental Treatment Coordinator to add to our growing Grandville practice.

Primary Responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between the providers and the patients by making financial arrangements simple, allowing the patient to say YES to treatment.
• Review treatment and investment, discuss options and secure accurate payments.
• Use appropriate treatment form to accurately estimate insurance coverage. Educate patient on insurance limitations VS health needs.
• Utilize all financing programs Infinity offers when patients request financing.
• Exhibit strong customer service skills
• Be comfortable with financial conversations
• Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience in the dental office.
• Provide a 5 Star check in and check out experience to patients
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain patient records with accuracy.
• Handle multi-line phone systems to address inquiries and provide customer support.
• Perform data entry and filing tasks to keep the office organized.
• Utilize computer skills to manage office software, including Dentrix Ascend, Weave and Microsoft 365.
• Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

Experience

Candidate must have customer experience, friendly personality, be technology driven, possess forward thinking skills, have the ability to multitask, reprioritize throughout the day, stay on task, be extremely organized and have a strong willingness to learn and grow. Financial background is helpful, specifically banking or financing. Dental office and Dentrix experience is not necessary but does pose an advantage.

Working Environment & Physical Requirements

Working conditions include those typically seen in an office environment. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
