Dental Treatment Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient treatment plans and schedules to ensure smooth operations within the dental office.
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment options and financial responsibilities.
• Develop and implement training materials for staff to enhance service delivery.
• Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality in compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with the dental team to improve patient care and office efficiency.
• Utilize instructional design skills to create engaging content for staff training sessions.

Qualifications:

• High-level knowledge of dental procedures and the ability to discuss treatment plans and communicate with patients professionally.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Two years of experience working as a Treatment coordinator is required.
• Experience with Tracker is a must.
