About the Role

Reporting to the Depot Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and operational support of our Dubbo Depot.

This is a dynamic role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a busy depot environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Schedule fleet movements across Dubbo and Gulgong region
Support the team with day-to-day depot operations
Manage inventory control and stock movements
Complete end-of-month reconciliation tasks
General administration duties to support depot efficiency

Skills & Experience

Previous administration experience (essential)
Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Initiative and sound problem-solving skills
Competent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of HSSE and Chain of Responsibility (COR) processes
Customer-focused with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
