About the role

We're looking for an organised and customer-focused Depot Administrator to join our Orange team.

Reporting to the Depot Manager, you'll play a key role in keeping our depot running smoothly by supporting daily operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring administrative processes are completed accurately and efficiently.

No two days are the same, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a busy environment.

What you'll be doing

Delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
Supporting the team with day-to-day depot operations
Managing inventory control and stock movements
Completing daily retail reconciliations
Assisting with end-of-month reconciliations
General administration and office support duties
Maintaining a strong focus on safety, compliance, and process accuracy

What you'll bring

Previous administration experience
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving abilities
Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to compliance and safety
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A customer-first mindset and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
