We are looking for an IT Support Executive (Morning Shift Only ) for the purpose of proactively working on Daily Ticket Systems, troubleshooting, Analyzing, and resolving User and client-related technical issues. Monitor the Servers, Network Performance and application Performance. He is involved in resolving network issues, configuring operating systems, and using remote desktop connections to provide immediate support.

Key Duties/Responsibilities

  • Working on tickets based on SLA, Updating tickets, and reporting to the user.
  • Works on projects such as converting new computer hardware or software.
  • Evaluate expanding or enhanced computer operations; make recommendations for improvement and upgrades to hardware and software to manage workload and system requirements.
  • Provides technical support identifying, investigating, and resolving users' problems with computer software and hardware for problems that are beyond the expertise of Technical Support Representatives.
  • Escalate all the top issues and recurring issues to the Manager.
  • Collaborates with other employees to research and resolve problems using RCA.
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
  • Testing new technology and deploying for productivity as per the business needs.
  • Collaborates with programmers to explain errors and/or recommend modifications to computer programs.
