To continue our journey of creativity, innovation, and setting best practice, we are looking for a Digital Communication Coordinator with strong visual, written, and editing skills to join the Communications team in our Copenhagen studio. You will contribute to the creation and management of strategic, engaging content that adheres to best practice.

What will you be doing?

The Digital Communication Coordinator at Henning Larsen is responsible for creation, management, and strategic development of content across digital platforms. This includes managing content for social media, the website, and internal communication channels while ensuring alignment with Henning Larsen's brand standards.

In this role, the coordinator plays a crucial part in promoting digital responsibility by ensuring all content adheres to best practices related to privacy, accessibility, and sustainability. In collaboration with the Digital Manager, they help develop and implement content strategies that reflect the company's commitment to responsible digital practices while engaging a diverse international audience.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Digital Responsibility: Collaborates on strategic content plans, ensuring that digital responsibility is integrated into all digital touchpoints.
  • Content Management: Creates, schedules, and publishes engaging content for social media and the website, maintaining a consistent brand voice.
  • Collaboration: Works closely with internal and regional teams to gather and coordinate content, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Monitors digital content performance, analyzes data, and reports key findings, making data-driven improvements to enhance engagement and digital responsibility.

What are we looking for?

As our new Digital Communication Coordinator, we anticipate that you have:

  • Degree in communications, journalism, marketing or a related field
  • 3+ years of professional experience, preferably with international or diverse audience engagement
  • Proficiency with CMS or publishing platforms, Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, with additional skills in video editing and photo retouching
  • Excellent management and communication skills
