Position Overview

The Digital Marketing Executive will play a key role in driving brand visibility, digital engagement, and student admissions through effective online campaigns and creative strategy.

This position requires a perfect blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution, ideal for someone who loves storytelling, understands trends, and can turn ideas into impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube campaigns.

• Plan and manage organic & paid campaigns for admissions, workshops, and institute promotions.

• Create engaging content ideas for Reels, posts, and stories that align with our brand voice.

• Collaborate with the creative and academic teams to design visuals, scripts, and promotional materials.

• Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads, conversions).

• Implement SEO and web optimization strategies for better visibility.

• Manage online communities and respond to messages and comments in a professional tone.

• Stay updated with AI trends and digital innovations relevant to media education.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing (freshers with strong portfolios may apply).

• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and basic analytics tools.

• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe tools, or AI-based content tools (preferred).

• Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.

• Strong understanding of visual branding, storytelling, and audience engagement.

Soft Skills

• Creative thinker with an eye for design and trends.

• Good organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Team player with a problem-solving attitude.

Compensation

₹17,000 – ₹25,000/month (based on experience)

Performance-based bonuses after probation period.
