Overview:
Responsible for maintaining marketing relationships with key vendors and partners, developing advertising plans for sales, coordinating special events, developing sales collateral material, training and support for implementation of all new products and programs; analysing local customer bases, maintaining correct and consistent usage of logos of Nexus Human and our key vendors and partners, developing press releases and other media opportunities to promote Nexus Human.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop marketing plans and strategies to promote Nexus Human and increase sales.
- Become the primary contact for all key vendors and partners for marketing.
- Responsible for any reporting required by these vendors and partners.
- Manage co-op funds and ensures they are effectively utilised.
- Provide and maintain all collateral material for product and image-related material for sales including course outlines, brochures, flyers, proposals, agreements, and posters.
- Develop and implement marketing and customers acquisition campaigns.
- Coordinate product launches.
- Manage PPC advertising. Produces or oversees the creation of any copy for recruitment and sales advertising.
- Manage and maintain social media content and calendar.
- Create and manage monthly emails, for sales team to use in Monday.com, Clients, Affiliates and Memberships.
- Ensure that all internal and external communications maintain a consistent and professional image and messaging ensure that all Nexus Human and Vendor logos, service marks, brand names, and colours are used consistently and correctly.
- Responsible for all special events, such as Open Evenings, trade shows, and similar events Produces any collateral material for these events, such as flyers, advertising, and publicity. Tracks the successes and shortcomings of each event.
- Acquire leads for the Sales Department, taking lead responsibility for SEO and social media strategies. Analyse and track the success and market penetration of customer base.
- Responsible for the creation, production and purchasing of all marketing and advertising, including a Learning Catalogue, custom schedules, and all print, web, direct mail and radio/television advertising.
- Develops and maintains an ongoing public relations campaign by developing relationships and providing press releases to all technology, education, and business editors. Includes participation in various civic and business associations.
- Responsible for implementing and maintaining the local Web site and ensures that it contains all the correct information. In addition, ensuring the correct information is available on Web sites for our various vendors and partners.
- Ensure marketing operates within the marketing budget and flags actions where additional budget is required.
- Maintain Testimonials/Case Studies/Social Proof
Skills:
- Education or Experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- An understanding of PPC, SEO, email marketing, and paid social.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with a creative flair and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Ideally some proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- English Fluent (Required)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
