Role Overview
The Social Media Content Creator & Growth Executive will be responsible for creating engaging content, editing short-form videos, optimizing content for discoverability (SEO & social SEO), and supporting lead generation through Meta Ads.
Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation :- Shoot and edit short-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels). Perform basic video editing (cuts, captions, transitions, music sync). Repurpose classroom sessions, webinars, and talks into high-engagement content. Ensure brand consistency in visuals, fonts, colors, and tone
• Social Media & Copywriting :- Write engaging captions, hooks, and CTAs for students and parents. Manage posting schedules and content calendars. Adapt content formats based on trends and performance insights
• SEO & Content Optimization :- Apply basic SEO principles for: Instagram & YouTube discoverability . Video titles, descriptions, hashtags & keywords .Understand social SEO (how content ranks on Instagram/YouTube search) .Assist in optimizing blog pages, landing pages, or website content when required
• Meta Ads & Lead Generation Support :- Set up and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns. Assist in lead generation for webinars, workshops, and courses. Monitor performance metrics like CTR, CPL, and engagement. Work closely with the founder on creative testing & funnel improvement
• Performance Tracking & Improvement:- Track content performance weekly. Identify what works and replicate winning formats .Suggest creative improvements backed by data

Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Basic to intermediate video editing skills (CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, etc.) and Canva for graphics
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals & social SEO
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
- Knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT , Gemini , Midjourney and other tools
- Caption writing & conversion-focused copywriting and understanding of new Andromedia update

Experience
-Minimum 2 years experience in content creation or digital marketing
-At least 2 year hands-on experience with Meta Ads or paid media
-Prior experience with coaches, trainers, educators, or personal brands is a strong advantage

Salary

(Final offer based on skills, experience, and performance during trial period)
First 3 months will be training period
