Job Title: Video Editor & Digital Marketing Executive

Salary: Rs 20,000 - Rs 25,000 per month

Athena LMS is our gamified Learning Management System that delivers immersive, football themed learning experiences. Learners engage with interactive modules, quizzes, and multiplayer challenges to earn badges, unlock legal templates, and level up their knowledge. Athena LMS is designed to make legal and financial education accessible, engaging, and results-driven.

JF Knowledge Centre (JFKC) is our innovation hub for e-learning solutions. Specializing in high-quality digital content, JFKC serves industries like BFSI, healthcare, aviation, and edtech with custom modules, VR/AR simulations, gamified learning, and mobile-first platforms. With a mission to make knowledge universally accessible, JFKC is redefining how organizations and learners experience education.

Key Responsibilities

● Edit and produce high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, courses, and social media

● Manage and grow our presence across: ○ Facebook ○ YouTube ○ Rumble ○ LinkedIn ○ Instagram ○ TikTok

● Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive engagement

● Create and promote online events, webinars, and product launches

● Collaborate with internal teams to align content with brand goals ● Monitor analytics and optimize performance across platforms

Required Skills & Tools Video Editing & Design Tools:

● Adobe After Effects

● Adobe Premiere Pro

● CapCut

● Filmora

● Final Cut Pro (preferred) ● Canva ● Shotsm

● SORA Marketing & Social Media Tools:

● Meta Business Suite ● Google Ads ● Mailchimp ● Buffer or Hootsuite

● SEO tools like SEMrush or Ubersuggest

Other Requirements:

● Strong command of spoken and written English

● Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and branding

● Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

● 1–3 years of relevant experience
