Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn).
Social Media: Manage day-to-day social media profiles, including scheduling posts, community engagement, and monitoring trends.
SEO: Conduct keyword research, optimise website content (on-page), and track rankings to increase organic traffic.
Content & Creative: Write compelling ad copy and blog posts. Create basic graphics/videos using tools.
Analytics: Track and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Excel/Sheets. Provide weekly insights on KPIs (traffic, leads, CTR).
Email Marketing: Draft and schedule newsletters and promotional emails.
Qualifications:
Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven experience in a digital marketing role.
Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite.
Content Skills: Basic graphic design skills and strong copywriting abilities for ads/social media.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or experience in related field.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, communication skills, and the ability to work independently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
