About the Role

Dhatu Organics is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to own and drive our digital growth across Amazon, Google, Meta, and social media. This is a full-funnel role — you'll set strategy, manage our marketing agencies, review performance critically, and guide creative direction to make sure our campaigns actually convert.

You'll be the "smart client" for our agencies and the go-to person internally for anything digital marketing — someone who can look at a dashboard, spot what's not working, and know exactly what to fix.

What You'll Do

Strategy & Planning

• Own the digital marketing roadmap across Amazon, Google, Meta, and social platforms
• Set monthly/quarterly targets for spend, ROAS, and channel growth
• Recommend budget allocation across platforms based on performance data

Agency & Vendor Management

• Be the primary point of contact for our performance marketing and creative agencies
• Set clear briefs and KPIs; review agency reports critically — not just rubber-stamp them
• Flag underperformance early and push for optimization

Platform Oversight

• Amazon: Listing quality, A+ content, PPC/DSP performance, ACOS/TACOS tracking
• Google: Search, Shopping, PMax campaign performance and keyword strategy
• Meta: Campaign performance, audience targeting, creative testing
• Organic Social: Content calendar oversight, brand tone consistency, community engagement

Creative Direction

• Review and approve ad creatives (images, video, copy) to fit our brand voice
• Drive creative testing — which hooks, formats, and content styles actually work
• Coordinate with designers, freelancers, or agencies on asset production

Reporting & Analysis

• Build simple, honest performance dashboards — spend, sales, ROAS, CAC by channel
• Run monthly review meetings with clear, actionable recommendations

Cross-functional Coordination

• Align campaigns with stock availability and sales/ops planning
• Sync marketing calendar with product launches and seasonal demand

What We're Looking For

• 3–7 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on exposure to at least 2 of: Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads
• Experience managing or working closely with marketing agencies
• Strong eye for creative — you can tell good ad creative from mediocre, and explain why
• Comfortable with data — reading dashboards, calculating ROAS/CAC, spotting trends
• Prior experience with a D2C, FMCG, or e-commerce brand is a strong plus
• Willingness to learn platforms you're not yet deeply familiar with (we value strong fundamentals over having all three from day one)

Good to Have

• Experience with organic/wellness/health-focused brands
• Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Amazon Seller Central, Canva/basic design tools

Pay: ₹14,511.59 - ₹59,061.00 per month
