About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, paid advertising, SEO, and website management.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, WordPress, and SEO, with the ability to plan, execute, optimize, and analyze digital marketing campaigns that generate measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Google Ads (PPC) campaigns across relevant platforms.
• Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
• Conduct SEO activities including keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO, and off-page optimization.
• Manage and update WordPress websites, including content, landing pages, plugins, and basic website optimization.
• Monitor campaign performance, traffic, leads, conversions, and ROI.
• Analyze digital marketing data using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and advertising platforms.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
• Create and optimize landing pages for better conversion rates.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify new digital marketing opportunities.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in Google, Meta, SEO, and digital marketing.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Digital Marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads / Facebook & Instagram Advertising.
• Good understanding of SEO and keyword research.
• Practical experience with WordPress.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Understanding of lead generation, conversion optimization, and campaign analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve measurable targets.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates who can demonstrate successful Google/Meta campaign results, SEO growth, lead-generation performance, or website traffic improvements will be given preference.

Immediate joiners or candidates who can join at short notice are strongly preferred.
