Direct Support Professional (DSP) – In-Home Care

We are hiring compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide in-home care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one care and support

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), meals, and light housekeeping

Support clients’ independence and emotional well-being

Monitor and document client progress and vital signs

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Caregiving/DSP experience preferred (not required)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

CPR/First Aid certification preferred

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Additional shifts available (afternoons, evenings, weekends)

Full-time and part-time positions available
