Job Description:

This is a front office Equity Derivatives sales role that sits within our APAC Equities Distribution division. The role is responsible for distributing flow derivatives solutions to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Distributes equity derivatives solutions/products to assigned account base with limited direction from seniors.
  • Develops and maintains client relationships and determines which products best meet clients' needs.
  • Studies market relationships and current market conditions to increase account/market penetration.
  • Under the international context and working with a team of salespersons and structurers.
  • Provide flows color on the desk as well as offering sales advice.
  • Generating ideas and communicating them to the clients in a timely manner to maximize value.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in Equity Derivatives solution sales.
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of the ASEAN markets.
  • Demonstrated track record of building client relationships, supporting clients with buying and selling financial products.
  • High energy and ability to collaborate with global counterparts.
  • Independent thinker and willing to learn from a bench of experienced sales people.
  • Strong analytical skills and confident to take on a client facing role.
  • Ability to work and excel in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
