YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You identify and unlock automation potential by collaborating with Fleet Operations teams to understand decision-making across the value chain and where AI can add the most value and translate insights into concrete initiatives
• You build robust multi-step AI agent systems that operate autonomously within real operational workflows, not just prototypes
• You move fast using modern AI-assisted development tools, then partner with software engineering to create durable solutions
• You shape the technical direction of Fleet Operations by influencing platforms, tools, and system architecture with a strong business perspective
• You translate operational challenges into clear technical briefs that Data Science and Engineering teams can execute

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You bring genuine agentic AI expertise, having built systems where AI takes action, bridging the gap between prototypes and real-world robustness
• Background You understand the complexities of mobility, logistics, or supply chain operations and know that successful AI projects require more than just models
• Motivation You are proactive, taking problems from definition to outcome without waiting for perfect conditions or excessive guidance
• Skills You code proficiently in Python and work confidently with LLM calls, agent frameworks, and data pipelines, ensuring maintainable and high-quality code
• Languages You are fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus
