The experts at AIS and AManco provide clients with: Corporate Services, Fund Administration Services, Governance Services, Operational AML & Compliance Services, Tax Compliance Services, Depositary Services, as well as Third Party AIFM Services (provided by AManco S.A.). Given the ongoing development of AIS, we are currently recruiting Director of Business Implementation and Digital Platform Your role: As Director of Business Implementation and Digital Platform, you will guide the onboarding process for Funds, oversee the implementation of Fund administration technology software, spearhead process improvements, and design training in Fund administration. Your main responsibilities will be: 1. Client Onboarding Act as a Project Manager for the client onboarding Design a pricing model for the Fund Administration Services department, including potential evolutions Lead the data migration into FIS Investran by acting as a change manager in the process Be in charge of the compliance clearance and contracting issues Take care of the Investran compatibility analysis with new business opportunities 2. FIS Investran Product Ownership Form and defend a Product Roadmap for the Fund Accounting and Transfer Agency (FATA) team and drive its go to market approach Produce product roadmap success measurement metrics (KPIs) and complete post implementation reviews on a regular or on a need basis Engage with key existing clients and lead client-facing projects Engage with operational teams and understand their needs to provide them with the adequate guidance Responsible for the delivery of the FATA product roadmap along with internal and external resources within budget bandwidth Facilitate risk and issue management where required with senior stakeholders and acts as escalations when needed with vendors Strive continuous improvements within the platforms to ensure consistency of practices, increase operational efficiency, and enhance end user/client experience Ensure FATA application support team adheres to CCSF requirements Ensure regular reviews of tickets with vendors to ensure adherence to SLA 3. Training & FIS Investran platform usage standards Develop FIS Investran usage standards Supervise the creation and maintenance of procedures to support handling and activities in supported applications Setup a control framework to ensure standards are well applied Ensure that users management access in the supported applications is in line with security management policies Ensure that training programs in the Fund Administration Services department embed Investran usage practices and standards. Prioritize the delivery of initiatives and provide guidance to the delivery teams when/where appropriate Your profile: Minimum 10 years of experience in Alternative Fund environment University degree in accounting, finance or equivalent Experience with transformation/change management, global process and control framework implementation and system migrations Proven track record of building and leading high performing teams Initiative taking and excellent organization skills Fluent in English Proven experience in financial solutions, product management, and customer onboarding. Strong leadership skills with a focus on fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Demonstrated success in delivering complex projects within budget constraints.
